By using this website, contact forms, AI chat, AI phone assistant, or any related tools, you agree not to:

1. Misuse booking and contact tools

• Submit fake or fraudulent service bookings, quote requests, or appointments
• Submit bookings on behalf of others without their authorization
• Use the booking system to test, probe, or scrape pricing or availability
• Reserve appointment slots with no intention of using them

2. Abuse AI chat or phone assistants

• Harass, threaten, or use sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or discriminatory language
• Attempt to make our AI generate harmful, illegal, defamatory, or misleading content
• Attempt to "jailbreak," prompt-inject, or otherwise manipulate the assistant
• Use the AI for purposes unrelated to appliance repair (homework, unrelated legal/medical advice)
• Place repeated, automated, or robocall traffic to the AI phone number

3. Spam, abuse, or disruption

• Send unsolicited commercial messages, junk, or chain communications through any form, email, or SMS reply
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious content
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers (beyond standard search-engine indexing) to access the site
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the services, servers, or networks

4. Violate law or third-party rights

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Infringe IP, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use stolen or unauthorized payment information

5. Enforcement

ProTech Appliance Services may, at its discretion and without notice:

• Cancel pending or future appointments
• Block your access to the website, booking tools, or AI assistants
• Refuse service
• Report violations to law enforcement
• Pursue civil remedies, including injunctive relief and damages

6. Reporting abuse

To report a violation — including impersonation, fraudulent bookings, or harmful content on this site — email protech202509@gmail.com. For platform-level security or abuse concerns, you may also report to abuse@merafix.com.

7. Changes

This AUP may be updated at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
